Unfortunately I can’t work with everyone so the first thing I do is ask for us to have a short, 15 minute discovery phone call.

This is an opportunity for me to learn more about your business, understand what’s working well, where you’re trying to get to, the challenges you’re facing and how I can help you overcome those challenges.
It gives us both the chance to see if we would be a good fit for each other. Bear in mind that my minimum monthly fee would probably mean that businesses turning over less than £85,000pa or without the potential to do so in the next 12 months are unlikely to move onto the next stage.
After the discovery call and if we both agree it would be worthwhile we move onto the next stage and arrange a proposal meeting.
This is an opportunity for us to really get under the skin of your business and your personal goals. I’m then able to provide you with my solutions and a proposal for you to consider and accept.
