- Annual Companies House Confirmation Statement Completion (if applicable)
- Basic software support and signposting for accounting (Xero, Apron etc)
- Deadline reminders via email and / or text
- Private WhatsApp group for quick queries

This is a DIY approach.
Very much for small business owners who just need help with the filings.
ESSENTIALS
£150
per month
- Everything in Essentials Lite PLUS
- Quarterly VAT return preparation and filing (if applicable)
- Payroll for up to 2 employees
- Enahnced software support for accounting (Xero, Apron etc)
- Simple financial summary with visuals
- Basic Check-in’s – answering quick queries
- Tax Investigation Service – no extra bills if the taxman calls

This is DIY with support.
It’s for Small business owners who want minimal but structured support.
GUIDED
£250
per month
- Everything in Essentials PLUS
- Basic bookkeeping with bank agreement
- Monthly accountability check-ins (15 -20 min call)
- Payroll for up to 10 employees
- A quarterly cashflow and budgeting session
- Tax savings advice and personalised recommendations
- Help setting up automation tools (Xero, bank feeds, Apron receipt capture)
- Priority email / WhatsApp support
- Business Advice (remuneration planning etc)

Here’s some examples:
Although the package prices are better than off-the shelf services I’m happy to meet whatever requirements you have so nothing is off the table, especially for early-stage businesses with prices starting from £45 per month for self employed and £65 for companies.
Tax Return only service – One-off fee from £200
This is generally for employed clients with a secondary source of income that requires declaration on a tax return.
Bookkeeping – £50-£100 per month depending upon volume
Payroll – £25 per month plus £5 – £10 per employee
One-off accountability check-in – £50-£100 per session
Quarterly financial strategy session – £150-£250 per session
Business advisory and growth session – £250 per session
Automation setup (bank feeds, apps, etc.) – £200 one-off or £50/month
